I.  ASSISTANCE WITH ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AND SUPPORT IN YOUR DAILY LIFE DIFFICULTIES

I work with a protocol. For any legal question, I am therefore able to indicate lawyers and solicitadores

who are duly registered with the O.A. (Ordem dos Advogados) and

O.S.A.E. (Ordem dos Solicitadores e dos Agentes de Execução).

Being in possession of your NIF (Tax Identification Number) is the sine qua non condition for me to help you with the following procedures:

  • Proofs and obligations of Residence:

    • Assistance in obtaining certificates (certidões): certidão de Residencia Fiscal, Domicilio Fiscal, Residente Não Habitual...

    • Help with tax payment procedures on the Finanças website (IMI, IUC)

    • Assistance in applying for the European Union Resident Certificate (CRUE)

    • Assistance with the request for the Residence Certificate

    • Application for a Permanent Resident Card following the expiry of the CRUE

  • Health:

    • Request for registration with the Portuguese Social Security

    • Request for registration with the National Health Service (SNS) to obtain the "utente" (patient) number

  • Transports:

    • Request to exchange or renew a driving licence

    • Request for a parking card (dístico)

    • Public transport pass  in Lisbon

  • Telecommunication and energy suppliers:

    • Assistance in subscribing to contracts.

  • Translation

    • Translation of letters/e-mails from Portuguese to English or from English to Portuguese

  • Writing

    • Writing a letter in Portuguese and sending it to the competent authority

    • Writing administrative e-mails in Portuguese  (e.g. making appointments, requesting information)

  • Phone contact with Portuguese suppliers' after-sales services/customer lines to help solve problems.

II. CONCIERGE SERVICES IN LISBON

  • Management of logistical aspects when you are away from your residence:

    • Mail forwarding from your Portuguese home address

    • Reading of water, gas and electricity meters

    • Checking your property in your absence, making sure everything is in order

    • Do your food shopping to find a well-stocked fridge when you return.

  • I visit for you the property(ies) that you have identified and that interest you

    • Visiting homes takes time! Whether you want to buy or rent. To make up for this difficulty, I visit the property in person.

    • New technologies (virtual visits, drones, etc.) enrich the presentation of a property but cannot completely replace a real visit to the property.

  • Thanks to my professional experience in premium real estate in Portugal,

    • I will send you a detailed report of my visit, photos and videos and will provide you with independent information on the advantages and/or potential disadvantages identified (quality of construction, location, safety, neighborhood, surrounding shops, transport, etc.).
